Bodies, Gestures & Traces

The body is at the centre of this work. Every series begins with the same question: what happens when a body is given the freedom to explore rather than perform?

Across these projects, I work with different protocols (improvisation, sculpture, mythology, long exposure or fragmentation) but the intention remains the same. Each session creates a framework where gestures can emerge without being entirely controlled.

Some bodies move, others remain almost still. Some become sculptural, others dissolve into light or blur. What interests me is not the final pose but the process that produces it. Photography becomes a way of observing how presence slowly takes shape, one gesture at a time.
